- We'll classify it as a Matter Engagement, request more information if needed, and quote the structure before work begins.
- What counts as one Flash Q&A credit?
- One substantive answer to one user question uses one credit. Simple clarification is included; a materially new fact pattern or new question uses another credit.
- Refund policy?
- Unused credits are generally non-refundable except duplicate payment or technical error. Scoped service refund rules are stated in the quote before payment.
- Currency and payment methods?
- USD via Stripe for online payment. Larger scoped matters can be quoted with invoice, milestone, retainer or escrow structure where appropriate.
